I made some delicious chocolate bundt cakes today.
I love this recipe because the cake is nice and fluffy so it won’t be too heavy to digest 😉
This cake recipe is perfect for chocolate lovers like me!
– 250 g butter
– 250 g sugar
– 250 g self-raising flour
– 4 eggs
– 2 spoons of cocoa powder
– 90 g chocolate
First, mix the butter and the sugar until it’s fluffy.
then we add the eggs. When it’s all blended, we add the flour to it.
It’s important to mix it long enough because that will give the cake its fluffyness (or something like that, you know what I mean)
We add the cocoa powder to make it chocolate! 🙂
For the chocolate itself you can choose. If you want to have little chunks of chocolate in your cake, cut the chocolate in little pieces.
If you just want to add it as flavour without too many chunks, it’s best to grate the chocolate.
The only thing left for us to do is to fill the cake tin. YAY!
Bake the cake(s) for about 25 minutes on 180°C.
If they’re done, check by placing a sharp knife in one of the cakes. If it comes out clean, it’s ready!
