What’s your favorite Summer dessert? Mine must be this Raspberry Cheesecake. It’s sweet, but not too sweet. It has fruit, but not too much 😉 And it’s lighter than many of my other desserts. Perfect for Summer or tea time ^^
What’s inside? Nothing but sweetness and ultimate pleasure 😉
It’s FRI-DAAAAY! I’m always happy when Friday presents itself but especially this one. Becaaauuusseeee I have a fantastic dessert to share with you! That’s why 😀
I’ve been wanting to make a Pavlova for quite a while now but I never really had the guts to get myself to it. Now I know you don’t need guts. At all. This Pavlova recipe is easy and delicious. My favorite combo. Oh and it looks absolutely amazing, don’t you think.
Pokémon. It had to be on the blog eventually, right? With the game being such a hype and Pokémon desserts popping up everywhere, I had to make one too. Besides, who doesn’t love Pikachu, Charmander or Squirtle? Or maybe, just maybe, you fancied Ash or Misty 😉
The weekend is almost here and there’s nothing I love more than to sleep in, go to the bakery and have some yummy puff pastry for breakfast. How about you?
Today I have this Raspberry Puff Pastry recipe for you. It is so good and it looks great too. You can bake these for your mom and give her a fabulous breakfast in bed for Mother’s Day next Monday 🙂
(Props from PomPomPartybox)
There are certain food combinations that always work. White chocolate and raspberries are no different! I love sweet raspberries but this cake actually needs the less sweet ones. They are the perfect counterparts for the sweet white chocolate. I know it’s true because my mom often says my desserts are too sweet and she didn’t say it this time 😉
Dessert comes in all possible sizes. These Raspberry Cheesecake Bites might be the smallest ones I’ve ever made. But small desserts can be as yummy as large ones. In fact, these little cuties are like a kiss from an angel. Heaven on your tongue. Especially if you cover them in chocolate. Yummmm.
These Raspberry Cheesecake Bites could make the perfect dessert after a BBQ, where you’ve possibly ate too much to handle a ‘normal size’ cheesecake 😉
It’s official! Summer is here 😀 We’ve been waiting for her ever since Winter left the country (did she?) and now she’s here to stay. She has been paying us surprise visits on the weekends but I hope she has a lot planned for us this year.
To celebrate Summer, I have three fantastic No Bake Cheesecake Recipes for you that are super easy to make, perfect on a hot Summer’s day and everyone will love at least one of them. I for one like them all. Of course…
#1: Oreo Cheesecake
Today seemed like the perfect day for some fresh raspberries.
And what else could be more perfect to go with it than some dark chocolate?
I say: Nothing.
If you know me, you’d already know what I’ve been making today 😉
I’ve made Raspberry Brownies!
Today is the 21st of July! It is the National Holiday of Belgium.
I wasn’t all that festive last year with this Summer Pasta, but this year I go all caloribombing all over again!
The National Holiday of Belgium… What better way to celebrate than with a Flag Cake!
I’ve seen some beautiful Flag Cakes for the 4th of July and I thought Belgium deserved the same 🙂
So here it is: The 21st of July Flag Cake!
I had some raspberries left from my Cheesecake…
So I decided to make a smoothie!
I love smoothies…
This smoothie is a little bit bitter but I like it 🙂
I used the raspberries that I had left (a little bowl full) and two bananas.
Then I squized some oranges.
Put it all together in a blender and BLEND!
I used to make smoothies quite often but my blender is dying a little so I’m a bit afraid to use it that much…
The rubber isn’t holding the juice anymore so my smoothies kind of run all over the place when I want to lift the blender from the motor…
Yeah, it sucks because it is just so sticky 😦
This time, it didn’t spill so much so I’m guessing that if I wouldn’t lift the blender, the smoothie may actually stay inside 😀
I’ll try that next time.
Now I’m just going to enjoy my smoothie 😉
p.s. I made smoothie popsicles with some of the smoothie 🙂 But that’s for another post 😉
Have a delicious day!
