Hi guys!

It’s been a while since my first “inspiration” post. April 21, . That post was all about my favorite YouTube cooking lady Laura Vitale or Laura in The Kitchen. But she’s getting some competition!

This young lady, Rosanna Pansino, is my newest finding on YouTube and I LOVE her! She bakes the coolest and most geeky things and she does awesome challenges with her sister and friends. This Oreo Challenge for example was very amusing!

I didn’t know there were so many different Oreos :O We only have the originals here in Belgium. Boy I would love to try those double stuffed ones… But maybe I can buy them online… Should I do that?

I’ve found her channel 5 days ago I guess and I’ve already seen 90% of her videos. Yes, she’s addictive!
She has her first cookbook arriving in November this year! I was super happy seeing that but then feared it wouldn’t be available in Belgium. But guess what! I can buy it in my local bookstore! How cool is that 😀 So hell yeah I’m going to buy it.

Her cookbook, and the largest part of her channel, is all about Nerdy Nummies. What is that, you ask? Nurdy Nummies are treats based on nerdy things like Harry Potter, Mario, The Sims and many other games or movies. I love it! It brings out the little geek in me 😉

Too bad she doesn’t post a video a day because I could easily watch her baking, talking or challenging every single day :p That was not meant in a stalker kind of way, I promise.

Besides baking the most adorable and cool things such as this Sims Pie, Harvest Moon Tiramisu and Harry Potter Owl Cupcakes does she sing as well! Man she’s talented! Her first song ‘Perfect Together’ is such a cute song, stuffed with food pairings 🙂 She made some DIY treats about it.

*sighs* I just love her channel! She truly is such an inspiration to me. I’m planning on trying a lot of her recipes 🙂 I hope you guys will love her as much as I do.
If you wouldn’t love her, love her cute little dog Cookie. I know you can’t resist cute puppies 😉

After a long day of baking…..Cookie is so sleepy and derpy! Lol 😋🍪🐶💕
