Dessert comes in all possible sizes. These Raspberry Cheesecake Bites might be the smallest ones I’ve ever made. But small desserts can be as yummy as large ones. In fact, these little cuties are like a kiss from an angel. Heaven on your tongue. Especially if you cover them in chocolate. Yummmm.
These Raspberry Cheesecake Bites could make the perfect dessert after a BBQ, where you’ve possibly ate too much to handle a ‘normal size’ cheesecake 😉
What we need for 10 cheesecake bites:
- 150 g cream cheese
- 10 raspberries
- 1 tbsp powder sugar
- Mash the raspberries.
- Add chream cheese and powder sugar and mix together.
- Fill the mold and spread it all out.
- Clean the edges of the mold.
- Freze for 2 hours.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Stick a toothpick in our cheesecake bites and dip them in the chocolate.
