August Favorites

Hi guys!

Another month passed by… Which means I have 5 new awesome dishes to share with you from fellow food bloggers! Yay!

September always feels like the month of change. You know, new chances at school. Maybe changing school? Changing your classes? I used to look forward to September. Learning new things, seeing my friends again, … I really never minded going to school. But I did feel happy when it was over and I became part of the working world. But this September, I know I’m going to miss school. Just because it really wasn’t that bad. As a teen, I never believed people saying school was the best time of their lives. I always thought working and not studying all the time, would be better. But I can tell you I do miss school. A little bit. How about you?

Let’s forget about school and take a look at this month’s 5 favorites!

#1: Classic Creme Brûlée with pommegranate

pommegranade creme brulee

This dessert looks just stunning! I love Creme Brûlée and this pommegranate twist just makes it look even better and super super fancy! I’m definitely trying this recipe from Crumbles and Kale one day 😀 My family would be so wowed by this.

#2: No Churn Espresso Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Oh boy. Yummmmmm! My mom would so love this ice cream recipe from Cook AZ I Do! I’ll have to make this for her one day. There’s just no other option 😉 I hope that when I do, I’ll be able to make as perfect ice cream scoops as she does.

#3: Nectarine Frangipane Tart

Nectarine Frangipane Tart

Did you read that title? Yes? You sure? Read it again.
My god that sounds like the perfect tea time tart! I LOVE frangipane tarts and the thought of nectarine with frangipane makes it even better. Thank you, Sarah from Tales From The Kitchen Shed, for making me discover this awesome recipe!

#4: Eggless Tiramisu

I just love Tiramisu. I absolutely do! So yeah, this yummy recipe from Little Sweet Baker had to be in my favorites list. It looks so good! Love the picture 🙂 And I also love how steady or firm, or how do I have to say that, the Tiramisu is. My first attempt at making Tiramisu got me a delicious, yet too liquid, version.

#5: Triple Berry Layer Cake

Yum. Yum. Yumyum. YUM. That’s what I think when I see this cake. It looks stunning and I bet it tastes even better 😀 I have to make a cake like this. I really think your life isn’t complete if you haven’t had/made a cake like this. Haley from if you give a blonde a kitchen made a great recipe! Thanks girl!

Have a delicious day ❤
xxx Sarah
