Hi guys!
Once in a while I get this huge craving for cake. Just a simple cake. Do you have that too? Although I do like myself some storebought cake, you have to admit a homemade one is so much better. And so easy to make! To serve my fickle cravings, I made a Marble Cake.
My favorite part about this cake? That crunchy crust 😀
What we need:
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 250 g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g self-raising flour
- 70 g cocoa powder
- cake pan
- toothpick
How to:
- Preheat the oven at 180°C
- Mix together butter and sugar
- Add the eggs
- Add the flour and mix until fully combined
- Devide the batter in 2
- Add the cocoa powder to one half
- Grease the cake pan and put both batters in it
- Use a toothpick to make lines in the batter in order to mix it a little
- Bake for about 45 minutes
Have a delicious day ❤
xxx Sarah
