Homemade Tzatziki

Hi guys!

Today I’m bringing you a great dip: Tzatziki!
We ate it at our last BBQ and it was the perfect appetizer πŸ™‚
Imagine this: sun, BBQ, friends, some booze and this lovely homemade Tzatziki. Perfect, right? πŸ˜€

It is so easy to make! You can make it in a flash πŸ˜‰
Friends wanting to come over for a cosy and fun BBQ? No problem! You’ll have a great dip to serve them in no time!
(This dip is also great without the BBQ πŸ˜‰ ) Why is it such a great Summer dip? Because it is so light and fresh!

What do we need:

  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 125 g cucumber
  • the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 spoon of parsley and chive
  • salt

How to:

Cut the cucumber in the length. Erase the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumber in pieces.
Put all the ingredients in the Moulinex and use the chopper. You can also make this in your regular kitchen robot πŸ™‚
Mix for 40 seconds at speed 8.

Serve with bread πŸ™‚
Now get that BBQ going!

Have a delicious day ❀
xxx Sarah
