Hi guys!

I had the time of my life…
No seriously, I had the best night in my life last week!
I was invited to go to Dominique Persoone and learn about his new project: The Honey Project
Plus, we’ve got a workshop on how to make Honey Chocolates by the master himself!

It was a night full of amazing things and wonderful stories.

The complete Stella Artois experience

Hi guys!

Last week I took my dad to Stella Artois. We were invited there to get the complete Stella Artois experience!
What is the complete Stella Artois experience?
It is a brewery visit + a workshop pouring beer, following the nine steps of Stella Artois.

We had a blast!

Our Stella Artois experience started in the brewery. We had a fantastic guide who told us the history of Stella Artois and showed us around in the brewery. Here’s a quick overview:

Chocola-Tuti: The Real Work

Hi guys!

Last Saturday, I went all the way to Louvain for a workshop at Chocola-Tuti!
You might remember the name from my post about the little workshop I did at Libelle Winterfair.

I had set my alarm at 7 A.M. to be sure to be there on time. I arrived half an hour too early. Perfect to discover the street and just enough time to make it to the old market of Louvain and back.
I didn’t mind the rain but I was happy I hadn’t arrived way earlier than this.

Mieke welcomed me and the others at Chocola-Tuti like a real host! She’s just such a friendly and happy person.
She could make us forget about the rain (we Belgians tend to complain a lot about rain…)
The table was all set!

Let’s get to the chocolate! I was so excited about this workshop because if I’m one thing, I’m definitely a chocoholic!

Chocola-Tuti Workshop

Hi guys!

Last weekend was such a great weekend for me! I had some mother-daughter quality-time at the Libelle Winterfair! It was awesome!
I’ve seen some cool stuff and wonderful decorations for Christmas.
I’ve seen Wim Ballieu, one of my favourite TV-cooks in Belgium! I took a picture with him! (Of course)

But the thing I loved most was the workshop with Chocola-Tuti!
I had to ‘fight’ for this workshop! There were so many people who wanted to participate and only a few places each session (there were 4 sessions that day). I waited in line in the morning and had to come again in the afternoon because the first two sessions were already gone.
So in the afternoon I waited again. I think there were just three places left after I got mine! So lucky!
