Hi guys!

What’s up with the weather?! It’s almost June, the sun should be shining by now… I don’t know about you guys but yesterday was… Well, it was awfull. I could barely see the road driving home with all that rain. And then there was the thunder. It wasn’t pretty. I’ll tell you that. I hope the sun comes out soon because this weather is just depressing.

Oh well, I hope this yummy May Favorites can cheer you up πŸ™‚ Just looking at these dishes makes me smile again so I hope you will too.

#2: No Bake Coffee Cheesecakes

#3: Lemon CrΓͺpes with Strawberry Cream Cheese filling

Oh boy. These are the kind of pancakes I’d love to have at a fancy brunch or maybe on a warm Summer morning when a regular pancake is too hot but this one’s just perfect πŸ™‚ It looks amazing and so light. I can even taste a bit of how it would taste just by looking at it.
I think At the Corner of Happy & Harried did a great job on these!

#4: Watermelon Mojito

This calls for Summer! Can you imagine yourself sitting on your terrace, enjoying the sun, with a glass of these? I sure can! Thank you, Caroline’s Cooking, for this super easy and super Summer proof recipe! I can’t wait to serve it to my BBQ guests πŸ™‚

#5: Banoffee Pie

Last, but certainly not least is this Banoffee Pie from From James to Jamie. I LOVE Banoffee Pie. It is my absolute favorite pie! I once made a Banoffee Pie myself and I can tell you it is so hard to leave some pieces for your guests. It really is. You have to read his article about this Banoffee because it is the cutest thing ever! That too will brighten your day πŸ™‚
