Hi guys!
Today seemed like the perfect day for some fresh raspberries.
And what else could be more perfect to go with it than some dark chocolate?
I say: Nothing.
If you know me, you’d already know what I’ve been making today ;)
I’ve made Raspberry Brownies!

As always, very easy to make!
What do we need:
- 350 g dark chocolate
- 250 g butter
- 150 g fresh raspberries
- 250 g sugar candy
- 3 eggs
- 80 g self-raising flour
- cupcake mold
- ice cream spoon

How to:
Put the butter and the chocolate together in a bowl. Melt it in the microwave.
Mix together the sugar and the eggs. Mix until it becomes smooth and the sugar is absorbed by the eggs.
Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture. Mix until it becomes a smooth batter.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade.
Mix the flour in the batter. Gently fold in the raspberries.
Grab the ice cream spoon and the cupcake mold. Fill every spot with one spoon of batter.
You can also make these brownies in one big mold and then cut in squares, but I wanted separate brownies :)
Bake them for about 25 minutes.
If you don’t want the brownies to collapse a bit like mine did, leave the brownies longer in the oven without fully opening the door… I should have thought about that!
I know your guests, family and friends or your own stomach will love these Raspberry Brownies!

The fresh raspberries inside the brownies give it a nice and fruity touch. I usually don’t like fruity fillings but I certainly love these raspberries! It is the perfect combination ;)

Have a delicious day <3
xxx Sarah

Raspberry brownies are the best! These ones are so cute, I know that’s not the usual word for describing brownies but I think its appropriate here. Not to mention I do wish I could just reach into my computer and have one right now :)
