Hi guys!
One of my favorite bakery treats are Apple Turnovers! It’s silly but if the Apple Turnovers aren’t good, the bakery isn’t good xD At least for me, that is :p I bet everyone has a special “reference” treat to compare bakeries and to either find them good or not. What’s yours?
These Apple Turnovers are so easy to make, you’ll never have to live a day without them 😉

What we need for 10 Apple Tunovers:
- 2 apples
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 10 pieces of puff pastry 10 x 10 cm
- 1 egg
- baking sheet
- parshment paper
- cane sugar

How to:
- Preheat the oven at 200°C
- Peel the apples and get rid of the apple cores
- Cut the apples in small cubes and put them in a bowl
- Add the sugar and cinnamon to the bowl and gently blend it all in
- Take a piece of 10 x 10 cm puff pastry and add a little bit of the apple mixture in the middle.
- Fold the puff pasty and gently press the sides
- Repeat until all Apple Turnovers are done
- Beat the egg and brush it on the puff pastry
- Sprinkle some cany sugar over the Apple Turnovers
- Place some parshment paper on the baking sheet and line the Apple Turnovers
- Bake for about 15 minutes

Have a delicious day ❤
