We’re getting closer to Summer each day. I’d better start thinking about some fruity recipes soon 😉
But before we think of that, let’s take a step back to enjoy these 5 April Favorites!
#1: Chocolate Marble Cheesecake Pie
Well Haley, you did it again! You amazed me with your super delicious recipe 😀 If you don’t follow If you give a blonde a kitchen yet, please do so. You won’t regret 😉
#2: Mini Strawberry Key Lime Pies with Limoncello
Yup. This sounds like a great dessert! These pretty babies from No Plate Like Home look amazing. Can I have one please? Or two?
#3: Strawberry Shortcake
How cute and yummy are these Strawberry Shortcakes from Little Sweet Baker?! Definitely one I’ll have to try this Summer 😀
#4: Creme Egg Lava Cakes
Jhuls, from The Not So Creative Cook (which is still a lie… 😉 ), wrote this at the beginning of her post: “Super soft chocolate mini bundt cakes topped with hollow chocolate eggs with homemade creme filling. The creme filling flows over the cake so it serves as frosting, too.”
Honestly? I didn’t have to see the picture to know it would be damn delicious! Don’t you guys agree?
#5: Snickerdoodle Cupcakes
I’ve never had Snickerdoodle anything before. But Vintage Kitty makes me feel like that should definitely change. Soon. These Cupcakes look so good 😀
