The holidays are over and people are starting their resolutions. Most popular ones are still ‘losing weight’ and ‘starting to do some sports’. Not for me, I didn’t make any new year’s resolutions. I would end up dissapointing myself anyway. Negative thought, I know. But I’m trying to live life day by day. If I do something great, awesome! If not, that’s okay too. I’m just going to be happy in 2018.
We don’t want to eat too much or too much sugar in the beginning of the year because our stomachs are probably still trying to digest that turkey, duck or whatever festive dinner we’ve had at Christmas.
