November Favorites

Hi guys!

It’s here! It’s here! It’s here! December is finally here!

I’m so happy because now the Christmas season is officially opened! In Belgium we first have Sinterklaas on the 6th of December so I’ll have to wait until then to get started with the Christmas decorations. I can barely keep myself together… I’m sure it’ll be a crazy day for both my colleagues and The Boyfriend when that 7th of December comes around… IT’S AAAAALMOOOOOST X-MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS!!!!! 😉

It should come as no surprise that I’m super stoked about today’s November Favorites. Yup, they’re all Christmas themed!

November Favorites

#1: Chocolate Dipped Sugar Cookies

How adorable are these Cookies!? I’ve been following John from Preppy Kitchen for a while now and he always makes these amazing things. Have to try these Cookies. They would make the perfect homemade gift for Christmas! Especially with how they are wrapped together. So cute and festive!

#2: Apple Cranberry Almond Pie

Jenny from Jenny is baking made this beautiful Pie. It has that Christmas, cozy feeling all over it! Love the flavor combinations. I know she actually made this one for Thanksgiving, but I would definitely see this one make it to the desserts table on Christmas parties. After all, Christmas is about being together with family or friends.

#3: Double Chocolate Sea Salt Hot Cocoa

YES! That’s all I could say or think when I saw this recipe from Pamela at Brooklyn Farm Girl. I’m a real sucker for Hot Chocolates and this one is sooooo over the top that you can’t feel anything else but love for it. And don’t even get me started on those mini marshmallows. L-O-V-E it!

#4: Cranberry Lemon Cheesecake

Cranberry Lemon Cheesecake

A Cheesecake for Christmas is such a great idea! I must admit I always find myself getting lost in decadent, heavy, chocolate desserts. So this refreshing Cheesecake from Joanne at No Plate Like Home is a great one! She says it was a very popular dessert at her husband’s Christmas party and I can see why 😉

#5: Hot Chocolate Cream in Brownie Cups

Jhuls from The Not So Creative Cook has given me everything I want for Christmas: Brownies, Marshmallows and Hot Chocolate! “Whipped cream mixed with instant hot chocolate in fudgy and delicious brownie cups, topped with toasted marshmallows.” Sounds like a winner to me! And look how festive & fun they are 😀

I hope you guys found some inspiration for your own Christmas parties 🙂 Let the countdown begin 😉

Have a delicious day ❤
xxx Sarah
