Chocolate Speculoos Truffles

Hi guys!

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas.

You probably have 1 more big feast to go: New Year’s Eve!
What better treat to serve your guests than homemade Chocolate Speculoos Truffles? 😀

Some only use Nutella or any other hazelnut based paste to fill the Truffles, but I like it a bit crunchy so I added crunchy speculoos paste as well 🙂 It gives your Truffles a little extra 😉 Yummmmm!
