American Blueberry Pancakes with maple syrup

Hi guys

It’s Friday! Which means the weekend is almost here and what better start of your weekend than with some delicious Blueberry Pancakes! The American style 😉

I LOVE American Pancakes!

So easy and so delicious. It takes me back to NYC ^^

These pancakes were made with the new cookware collection from Jeroen Meus. I’ll dedicate a post to those pans later because I really really like them! Stay tuned 😉

What we need for 4 (+- 6 pancakes):

  • 200 g self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 dl milk
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 150 g blueberries

  3. Scrape out the vanilla from the vanilla pod and add it to the dry ingredients.

  1. With some of the best breakfast food in the world coming from your country, I’m a little puzzled that you love our pancakes so much, lol! Give me waffles any day over pancakes!! This look delish, though!

Thanks for bringing this to Fiesta Friday!

    1. Hahaha I didn’t know our waffles were that popular :p We actually don’t eat them for breakfast so that might be a good reason to love pancakes over waffles? And I’m really more of a pancake person 🙂 I’m happy you like my pancakes 😀 Happy FF!

    1. Thanks so much Julie! I was just fooling around and thought these pictures were really fun to look at so I didn’t want to keep them for myself 🙂 I rarely take selfies but they do look good with some food on it 😉 Glad you like the pancakes ^^
