Hi guys!
Why did it took me so long to make these delicious Cupcakes? I have NO idea!
Really, I don’t.
So I’m not planning on keeping these lovely babies away from you. Isn’t that sweet ๐
And yes, they carry a lot of calories with them, just the way we like it!
What we need for 10 cupcakes:
- 29 Oreo’s
- 120 g self-raising flour
- 150 g sugar
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 75 ml milk
- 50 ml hot water
- 250 ml whipping cream (>35%)
- 10 cupcake wrappers
- cupcake baking tin
How to:
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade.
- Put the wrappers in the baking tin. Place 1 Oreo in each cupcake wrapper.
- Put the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix together the egg and the milk.
- Mix in the dry ingredients.
- Slowly add the water to the batter.
- Fill the cupcake wrappers for 3/4.
- Bake the cupcakes for about 20 minutes.
- If you hear the ‘ping’, the cupcakes are done ๐ Use a sharp knife to check if they’re really ready.
Let’s make our frosting while waiting until the Oreo Cupcakes cool.
- Crush +- 9 Oreo’s
- Whip the whipping cream.
- Gently mix in the crushed Oreo’s.
- Put the frosting on our cooled Cupcakes. You can use a piping bag or just a spatula to make little heaps on top of them.
Enjoy these delicious Oreo Cupcakes!
Have a delicious day โค
xxx Sarah

OMG, those liners are so pretty! I am a discreet ‘polka dot’ crazy person I think… I end up liking/buying stuff and then realize that it’s a ‘polka dot’ pattern… Lol… And I love oreo cupcakes! Your cupcakes are drool-worthy (drooling as I type this).

Sarah, these look FANTASTIC. My family LOVES oreos, and this sounds spot on. And, to top it all, you made them so cute!!
We’re currently trying to develop a celiac-friendly oreo ice cream sandwich. But, after seeing this cupcake, I’d love to modify this one too for me and my fellow celiac family members.
Thank you so much for bringing these to the fiesta this week! Happy FF, and have a wonderful weekend!! ๐

It’s my first goal when I return to the kitchen. I had a labrum repair on my dominant shoulder yesterday, so my mom is in charge of my kitchen for the next six weeks. BUT, that’s plenty of time to come up with different ideas. ๐

Oh wow that does give you a lot of time ๐ฎ six weeks is very long to stay out of the kitchen! I hope you don’t need the full six weeks ^^

I know!! It’s 3-3 months for the full recovery , so I’ll be happy when I’m back in the kitchen because I’ll still have other restrictions. And, cooking can be relaxing. ๐
