April Favourites

Hi guys!

It is time for the April Favourites! I almost had to hurry since it’s almost June… And therefore almost time for our May Favourites!
But it’s still May so I’m not too late with these 5 delicious recipes!

Let’s reveil my favourites! (as always, in random order)

#1: Ferrero Rocher Cupcakes with Nutella frosting

Ferrero Cupcakes

Myriam from Hap & Tap made these gorgeous Cupcakes for Easter with a friend! I love the firework on top 🙂
This post is written in Dutch, so not everyone will be able to understand it. But we don’t need to understand to see the beauty and deliciousness of these Cupcakes 😉
These cupcakes are on my to-do list!

#2: Chocolate & Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread

This delicious recipe belongs to our beloved Michelle from Giraffes Can Bake!
If you know her a little, you know she is such a fan of cinnamon. Now, looking at this beautiful Banana Bread doesn’t make you think of cinnamon, does it? BUT Michelle wouldn’t be Michelle if she hadn’t put a little bit of cinnamon in her dish! 😉

This recipe is also on my to-do list! I’ve never made a Banana Bread before but this one looks so attempting!

#3: Pea & Ricotta Carbonara

This is the only savoury dish in my April Favourites. A bit unusual for me perhaps? I say no, because this recipe has earned its spot. Why? Because I just LOVE Carbonara! 😀

I mean, look at it! I love twists of original recipes and especially because I did so myself with Carbonara a while ago (Pasta Carbonara with Salmon & Broccoli)

This Carbonara looks great to me! Love the peas in it. Well done Christie from A Kitchen Hoor!

#4: Canelés de Bordeaux

My absolute favourite dessert in France! I am so happy Erin from Plating and Pairings shared a recipe with us! Every time when we are in the neighbourhood of Bordeaux, I HAVE to get one (or more) of these! I love them so much 😀

this is the best

Haha you already guessed it by now I think but indeed, this one is definitely on my to-do list! 😀
p.s. Erin, those pictures look amazing!

#5: No bake Cookies and Cream Cheesecake

No bake cheesecake

Aaaah… The 3 C’s! Wherever there is Cookie, Cream and Cheesecake in one sentence, you know it’s going to be good!
If you click the link, you won’t get a regular post but a little video! How is that 😀
This video was made by My Sweet Ambitions. Check out her full channel because she makes some crazy delicious things!

To be honest, every recipe from the favourites is on my to-do list! Which isn’t that weird because why would they be on the Favourites if I didn’t want to make them myself, right? :p

I hope you guys enjoyed it and maybe you’ll make one of them too 😀

Have a delicious day ❤
xxx Sarah
