Risotto with peppers

Hi guys!

Ever thought you could make Risotto in less than 40 minutes? With the Moulinex Companion, it is possible! It takes him 30 minutes to be exact!

Unbelievable? I’ll proof you wrong πŸ˜‰

What do we need:

  • 300 risotto rice
  • 1 white onion
  • 10 cl olive oil
  • 8 cl white wine
  • 90 cl poultry broth
  • 30 g parmesan
  • 15 g butter

How toΒ :

Peel the onion and cut in big chunks.
Place the splitter in the Moulinex Companion. Add the onion and mix for 10 seconds at speed 11.

Replace the splitter with the blender. Add the olive oil and start the stew program P1 for 7 minutes. Don’t put the cap on the Companion during this step.

Add the rice after 3 minutes (pause the program). Continue the program. After another 3 minutes, pause again and add the wine.

When the program is finished, add the poultry broth. Start stew program P3 on 95Β°C for 20 minutes. Put the cap on the Companion.

Now we can read a book, clean the house, watch television, … for 20 minutes!
Oh, you can also set the table πŸ˜‰

When our program is done, add the parmesan and the butter. Gently stir the ingredients. Add pepper & salt and serve immediately.

You can dress up your Risotto with some basilicum, rocket or other spices.
