Pasta Carbonara with Salmon and Broccoli

Hi guys!

Why am I sharing a pasta in this time of the year?
Well, we can’t eat stew and turkey every day until next year, right?

This pasta is perfect for Winter! It is delicious and gives you a warm feeling inside (and not only because it’s hot…)
This Pasta Carbonara is one of my favourites! My ultimate favourite remains the Pasta with Chicken and Mushrooms.
It is healthy too! The salmon and broccoli will give you the energy to wrap all of your Chrsitmas presents and decorate the whole house! Isn’t that great?!
Oh and I almost forgot to tell you that it’ll only take you 30 minutes to make this pasta!


What do we need (4 servings):

  • 500g wholegrain pasta
  • 400 g smoked salmon
  • 2 broccoli stalks
  • 2 toes of garlic
  • 300 ml cream
  • 4 eggs
  • pepper & salt
  • parmesan
  • a large pan


How to:

Cook the pasta.
Wash the boccoli.
Cut the salmon in pieces.

Mix the cream and the eggs together.

Put some butter in a pan. Bake the garlic.
Add the broccoli and the salmon. Make sure the broccoli is done.

Add the pasta when it’s done.
Add the cream-eggs-mixture.Make sure the sauce gets everywhere.

Sprinkle some parmesan over it but keep some to add when you’re going to eat the pasta.

Mix it all well together.

Set the table and enjoy this delicious and healthy pasta!
